Real estate transaction: 5% (incl. tax) of the sale price, regardless of the amount.
This rate includes VAT at 20%.

Important information: Our fees are payable by the seller (unless otherwise agreed in the mandate).
They cover property viewings, negotiation, preparation of the sales file, and marketing/advertising costs.
